Return Process

  Contact our concierge team via email with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Authorization code.

  Pack Securely

  Place the original, unopened perfume bottle in its authentic packaging and secure it within a sturdy shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship to Sigma

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our olfactory experts verify the seal is intact, we will process your full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
